Return Policy
Applicable Conditions
- Unopened Products: Returns can be requested within 90 days from the shipping date.
- Quality Issues: Returns or exchanges are supported for products with quality issues.
Return Process
- Send an email to chuntian@odorseal.cc.
- Wait for confirmation and return address details.
- Once the warehouse confirms receipt, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- For quality issues: ChoiceRefill will cover the return shipping costs.
- For non-quality issues: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
