Return Policy

Applicable Conditions

• Unopened Products: Returns can be requested within 90 days from the shipping date.
• Quality Issues: Returns or exchanges are supported for products with quality issues.

Return Process

1. Send an email to support@choicerefill.com.
2. Wait for confirmation and return address details.
3. Once the warehouse confirms receipt, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• For quality issues: ChoiceRefill will cover the return shipping costs.
• For non-quality issues: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
